Return Policy

We greatly appreciate your jewelry purchase and want you to be happy with your order. Faith Works Accessories &Apparel is dedicated to providing a positive shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of your orders arrival. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is clearly defective upon receipt. Custom designed orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased at other stores must be returned where purchased and are subject to seller’s return policy.

Once your return is processed, a refund will be made in the form of the original payment.  Shipping chargs cannot be refunded. Please allow 6-8 business days for the refund to post to your account or payment method.

To return an item…please package and return with original receipt/packing slip.
We recommend that you ship with an insured courier. Faith Works Accessories &
Apparel will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. 

Shipping Policy

Most orders ship 7-10 business days after ordered.  If your item(s) is required sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible. In the event that the item(s) you purchased is backordered, please allow up to two weeks for your order to ship. We are not responsible for weather
conditions that delay delivery time.

Free Shipping
We offer free flat rate shipping on all domestic orders over $100 and $7 flat rate ground shipping on all other domestic orders.

Expedited Shipping
For expedited shipping please contact us by phone.  We offer UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day Air if order is placed before 12 p.m. EST

International Shipping
We offer $25 flat rate shipping to Canada and $50 flat rate shipping to other international customers. All orders ship from the US. Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, and these charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If the customer declines tax and tariff payment and the package is forfeited at customs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to the US.  If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.

Product Care

Each piece of Kaleidoscope Custom Jewelry & Faith Works hand-crafted jewelry requires delicate/gentle handling. Please follow our recommended care to insure the longevity of your jewelry. Jewelry should be stored in a jewelry box or protective bag/case. Occasionally, gently wipe pieces with a soft damp cloth. Sterling and Fine silver may need cleaning periodically due to possible tarnishing.

Repair Policy

We will repair any piece of jewelry purchased from our online store at Faith Works Accessories & Apparel. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned to the store where the item was purchased for repair needs. Please feel free to email us @ concerning your repair needs.
Any repairs (6) months or less after purchase are free. Items needing repair beyond (6) months after purchase are subject to a fee determined by the nature, extent, and material cost of the repair.
